Exercise EW23: Tilting the pelvis

Exercise for beginners

Goal: Relaxation of lower back

Parameters: Frequency: 16-18 Hz (as preferred, can also be 6-8 Hz) / Position: 2 / Duration: 1-2 minutes

Procedure:
Posture: Stand on Galileo. Hands grasp the pelvis for guidance. Keep upper body upright and knees extended.
Movement: Slowly tilt pelvis forward (thumbs assist movement) – butt out, long abdomen. Hold end position for 4 sec, then in opposite direction. Tilt pelvis back (index fingers support the movement) – belly button in, long back.
