Das K\u00f6rpergewicht gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf H\u00e4nde und Knie verteilen. R\u00fccken und Kopf m\u00f6glichst gerade in der Horizontalen ausrichten.<br \/><em><strong>Bewegung:<\/strong> <\/em>Ein Arm zur Horizontalen anheben. Hand mit dem Daumen zur Decke drehen. Den K\u00f6rperschwerpunkt durch Anspannung der Bauch- und Ges\u00e4\u00dfmuskulatur in der K\u00f6rpermitte halten (m\u00f6glichst keine Gewichtsverlagerung des Oberk\u00f6rpers zum st\u00fctzenden Arm hin). Position etwa f\u00fcnf bis zehn Sekunden halten, dann langsam zur\u00fcck in die Ausgangsposition und \u00dcbung mit dem anderen Arm wiederholen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wiederholungen:<\/strong> \u00dcbung 2- bis 3-mal wiederholen, dazwischen eine Pause von 1-3 Minuten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp:<\/strong> Was viele nicht wissen: Dies ist das ideale Bauchtraining, denn die Hauptarbeit der Bauchmuskulatur besteht aus der Stabilisation. F\u00fcr sehr fortgeschrittene Nutzer und intensives Bauchmuskeltraining eignet sich Planking (\u00dcbung <a href=\"https:\/\/galileo-training.com\/UW29\/\"
