The training time was just 4*45 seconds with 1 minute rest in-between using high frequencies (30Hz) and slight squatting. The results showed that training at high frequencies is also efficient to improve balance (standing with closed eyes &amp; weight shifting tasks) by up to 13%.  <\/p>\n<p>Another prove for the effectiveness and efficiency of Galileo Therapy \u2013 and for how intense of short-term effects of Galileo Therapy can be. This is one of the big advantages of Galileo Therapy for the user: If an appropriate exercise is selected positive results will be visible in just a few minutes of training \u2013 if this is not the case most likely the wrong exercise was selected.
