The Galileo Therapy was performed in a slight squat (30\u00b0), pos. 3, 18-24Hz (slow increase over time) over a period of 8 weeks twice a week for 3*2 minutes with a 2 minutes warm-up using Galileo at 12 to 14Hz. Two control groups were used one without intervention and one using standard strength training (2 times per week 45 minutes).
