Interestingly, only 6 interventions of 3 times 3 minutes Galileo Therapy were used to achieve these results. In addition, each session included 30 minutes of standard physio therapy (gait, stretching, spasticity reduction \u2013 this would have been a great application for Galileo Therapy as well #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/wissenswertes\/grfs64-konnen-20-minuten-galileo-therapie-bei-cp-patienten-spastik-reduzieren\/\">GRFS64<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-40-can-galileo-therapy-reduce-spasticity-and-increase-grip-strength-in-stroke-patients\/\">GRFS40<\/a>).  Nevertheless: the additional 9 minutes of Galileo Therapy had more than 3 times the effect of the additional standard therapy with effects on gait and joint position sense (JPS) of up to 54%. To achieve this the study used a very simple exercise: 20-24Hz, position 2, 30\u00b0 bent knees. <\/p>\n<p>The study shows one major advantage of Galileo Therapy: first neuro-muscular effects of the Galileo therapy can usually be seen within minutes \u2013 therefore, if the right exercise for the aimed therapy effect is used the aimed effect should become visible within minutes (apart from increase of muscle and bone mass (#<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/wissenswertes\/grfs72-kann-galileo-therapie-bei-cerebralparese-cp-knochenmasse-und-muskelfunktion-verbessern\/\">GRFS72<\/a>) or endurance which take a little longer).
