Their focus in former publications was therapy of COPD patients \u2013 some of them even after lung-transplant. They could show the significant higher therapy effects when using Galileo in COPD therapy (#<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-37-can-60-seconds-of-galileo-therapy-reduce-spinal-excitability-significantly\/\">GRFS37<\/a> #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-32-can-galileo-therapy-increase-muscle-function-in-copd-patients-within-just-3-weeks\/\">GRFS32<\/a>) also after lung-transplant (#<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-31-can-galileo-therapy-be-used-to-increase-muscle-power-even-after-lung-transplant\/\">GRFS31<\/a> They showed huge effects on muscle force, power and endurance (e.g. increased 6-minute walking test). This study now focuses more on a safety aspect and is showed that the identical squat-exercise when combined with Galileo at high frequencies (in this case 26Hz) was not more demanding for the cardio-vascular system but had a tendency to be even slightly less demanding.
