Eine sehr sch\u00f6ne \u00dcbung zur R\u00fcckenlockerung haben wir ja im vorigen Beitrag beschrieben (#<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/wissenswertes\/grfs8\/\">GRFS8<\/a>).  Because different studies could show this effect, the reduction of back pain (#<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/wissenswertes\/grfs-98-kann-galileo-therapie-am-arbeitsplatz-subjektiven-ruckenschmerz-reduzieren\/\">GRFS98<\/a>, , #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/wissenswertes\/grfs25-kann-galileo-therapie-effektiv-ruckenschmerz-reduzieren\/\">GRFS25<\/a>) was also one of the first indications for Galileo devices to become an approved medical device. After relaxing the muscle the next task to reduce back pain with Galileo is to build up miscue volume and muscle function of the back muscles.<\/p>\n<p>Eine gute \u00dcbung hierf\u00fcr ist der Vierf\u00fc\u00dflerstand mit den Knien auf dem Galileo (Bitte unbedingt eine weiche Unterlage unter die Knie legen, sonst wird\u2019s schnell unangenehm). Die Arme sind dabei gestreckt vor dem Galileo, die Knie auf der Trittplatte des Galileo Position 1-2, Kniewinkel 90\u00b0, Frequenz 20-26Hz. Analog zur bekannten R\u00fccken\u00fcbung wird jetzt abwechseln ein Arm angehoben (Arm gestreckt nach vorne, Kopf anheben. R\u00fccken gestreckt lassen) und man versucht dabei das K\u00f6rpergewicht m\u00f6glichst wenig auf den verbleibenden Arm zu verlagern. Jetzt kann man wunderbar wie die R\u00fcckenmuskulatur f\u00fchlen, die diagonal arbeiten muss.
